Cancellation Policy:

I require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments to allow time for another client to fill the slot. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will incur a charge for the treatment in full (£55, 60 min / £80 90 min/Gift Voucher redeemed). Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule may be charged and future bookings taken at my discretion.

2 x appointment reminder emails are sent out 3 days and 24 hours in advance of your appointment – please keep an eye out for these.
